01Understanding where and how every figure is born, and how you actually do it today. Often harder than the code — and it is the part that carries the value.
Automation with no new subscription
02Where the Excel you already have is enough, we work there. Where a real app is needed I build it, and it stays yours: accounts in your name, no subscription starting. Rigorous tests on copies: live data is never touched until the results match the manual method.
Training
03Half a day, so your team can read the messages, approve the drafts and use the override files. After that, they run it.

04I maintain the automation when the management system or the report changes. Day-to-day corrections your staff makes itself, in a plain text file, with nothing to recompile.
What I don't ask of you.

The questions I always get asked.
What does it cost?
It depends on the process. In the 30-minute call I tell you whether the time saved justifies the work; if it doesn't, I say so and that's the end of it.
Do I have to buy new software?
No new subscription. Where the Excel you have is enough we work there; where a real app is needed I build it and it stays yours, accounts in your name. What I will not do is add one more thing for you to renew every year.
What if the artificial intelligence writes something silly?
Wherever there is AI there is a draft to approve before anything is sent. The person stays inside the process, always.
If something changes, do I have to call you back?
Day-to-day corrections your staff makes in plain text files, with nothing to recompile. When the management system or the report changes, I fix the automation.
Where does my data end up?
Where it already is: the automation runs on your own tools and leaves a log of every run. During development we work only on copies.
I don't work with everyone.
You have a precise daily routine, and someone in-house willing to learn it.
You're looking for a finished product to install next week. Here we always start from the analysis of your process.
Adoption goes through training.
Your team has to learn to run the system anyway: half a day is enough to read the messages, approve the drafts and use the override files. That training path can often be financed — we check together, case by case, whether your property qualifies.
